課程概述

本次課程著眼在CEO和Successors 的動態調整，注重在企業文化和價值觀的具體表現，呼應學術的理論基礎，輔以跨國企業在台灣經營的實務個案，邀請標的公司相關主管就該公司的實務運作，做深入的解析，最直接效益為評估生涯規劃是否適性，並協助學生工作面談之技巧，作為未來在學術研究上或就業選擇上的參考。 

課程目標
 The idea of best practices for business administration depends somewhat more on the knowledge of practitioners. For a course in tracing and tracking the development of international firms, four areas mandate our special attention: founding stage, successors’choice, corporate cultures, and recruiting policies. By benchmarking, the participants will take a step further beyond and are expected to cultivate a sense of goal-setting and to exceed it in your future career.
